You must sign an NDA as you will potentially receive access to Fortune 500 platforms and customer data.
Arise will test your skills by requiring a general customer service assessment. This is the time to shine! This step ensures that you are fit for work in a customer service role.
You'll have the opportunity to select available opportunities with Fortune 500 clients that align with your expertise & interests and those that best fit your schedule & goals. Please remember that opportunities are not guaranteed. You must be diligent about checking the platform to secure an opportunity. Once opportunities are posted, they fill up extremely fast!
This step is important because you learn the benefits offered to you by us (Live Call). It also ensures that we have direct communications with you.
6.1 Background Check* (Arise® will initiate)
*A background check is mandatory, per Arise. This is crucial as you will now have access to Fortune 500 companies. The fee is $30 and is nonrefundable since a background check cannot be reversed. View Arise® Policy Live Call may have refund incentives available for this.
6.2 Training & Onboarding* (Arise will initiate)
Once you select an opportunity, you'll need to enroll into a comprehensive, mandatory, instructor-led client training to familiarize yourself with the clients' platform, tools, & client expectations. They'll provide all the resources you need to succeed.
*A $20 refundable fee is required to be sure you take this opportunity seriously and show up on the first day of training. If you do not show up on Day 1, it will not be refunded. View Policy
Once you're matched with a client and complete training, you can start taking calls & earning money right away. With the client's flexible scheduling options, you may be able to work as much or as little as you want, based on the agreement with the Client.
