Live Call LLC has implemented and will maintain an information security program that includes appropriate technical, administrative, electronic, physical and organizational security measures designed to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to any Customer Data. Live Call LLC shall implement reasonable encryption technologies for transmitting Personal Information and employ reasonable network security techniques including firewalls, intrusion detection, and authentication protocols in its provision of the Services.
1. Definitions
1.“Personal Information” means information that Customer provides, or for which Customer provides access to Provider (including information from Customer Clients), or information which Provider creates or obtains on behalf of Customer, pursuant to the provision of Services that identifies, can be used to identify, relates to, or is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual, device, or household, as defined by applicable law.
2. Processing of Personal Information.
2.1 Live Call LLC shall comply with the following obligations with respect to Personal Information collected, received, or processed to provide the Services:
Live Call LLC may process Personal Information (1) to perform the Services, (2) for quality assurance and improvement activities related to the Services, and (3) to create de-identified or aggregated information that is no longer Personal Information (collectively, the “Permissible Purposes”). Live Call LLC may process de-identified or aggregated information for purposes other than the Permissible Purposes.
Live Call LLC shall not retain, use, or disclose any Personal Information for any purpose other than the Permissible Purposes, or as otherwise permitted by the applicable Data Laws.
Live Call LLC shall not retain, use, or disclose any Personal Information outside of the direct business relationship between Live Call LLC and its customers.
Live Call LLC shall not Sell the Personal Information.
3. To the extent CCPA applies, the Parties acknowledge and agree that Live Call LLC is a “Service” and Customer is a “Business,” as such terms are defined by the CCPA.
4. Live Call LLC’s customers have authorized Live Call LLC to receive, collect, and Process Personal Information for the Permissible Purposes, and its customers have obtained all necessary consents and provided all necessary notifications required by applicable Data Law with respect to the processing of Personal Information by Live Call LLC for the Permissible Purposes.
In the event that an individual contacts Live Call LLC directly to exercise the rights granted to the individual under applicable Data Laws, including any right to access or deletion, Live Call LLC’s responsibility shall be to promptly direct the individual to contact the Customer and to notify the Customer that a request, complaint, or inquiry from an individual has been made.

Verification of your identity
Providing customer support
Sending marketing communications

Data Security. We are committed to protecting your data. Even though we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no security measures can be 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your data. We recommend safeguarding your login and password, as this is one of the easiest ways you can manage the security of your own account – remember that if you lose control over your login or password, you may lose control over your Personal Data.
Data Retention. We will retain your Personal Data for as long as your account with us is active and then (a) pursuant to our records retention schedules and practices, (b) to comply with our legal obligations, (c) to resolve disputes, and (d) to enforce our agreements.

You may contact Arise with any questions, concerns, or inquiries about this Privacy Policy or how we collect, retain, process, share and transfer your Personal Data. If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact Partner Support or email us at Privacy@arise.com. All complaints will be evaluated and a reply will be sent as soon as appropriate. In some instances, Arise may have to delete your registration on the Arise® Platform or otherwise cease services to you as necessary to satisfy your request.
